First Step:

• Check that the MSDNAA software package is not already available through ELMS

Second Step:

• Find the CD that you require: http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/index
• Make sure you only search the MSDN Academic Alliance subscription
  as ITEE does not have access to the other subscriptions.

Third Step:

• Once you have found the software that you want to use through Microsoft's MSDN Academic Alliance index (http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/index), send an email to student-helpdesk@itee.uq.edu.au requesting the software. You will need to include the software description and disc number that is provided by the search results.

Please no requests for Windows XP Media Center Edition, as you need to have an existing license for Windows XP Media Center Edition to be able to upgrade to the version available on MSDN-AA.

Please no requests for other editions of Windows Vista, as the only edition available to MSDN-AA is Windows Vista Business Edition.

Please limit requests to MSDN-AA products that are still being shipped.
