8th Australian Workshop on Safety Critical Systems and Software

The Australian Computer Society's Technical Committee on Safety Critical Systems announces its 8th National Workshop on Safety Critical Systems and Software. This year's workshop will be held in Canberra. The workshop will include practical experience reports on all aspects of safety-critical computer-based systems. The workshop will be preceded by a ½-day course on design of safety-critical systems presented by the SVRC’s Simon Connelly.

The ACS held similar workshops in Brisbane in 1996, in Sydney in 1997, in Adelaide in 1998, in Canberra in 1999 in Melbourne, in 2001 in Brisbane and in 2002 in Adelaide. The 2002 event attracted more than 75 participants nationally and internationally.
