Emerging patterns of childhood leukemia

Abstract:
This would discuss a datamining technique based on emerging patterns. We would apply it to study gene expression profiles of childhood leukemia and show that it provides great diagnosis accuracy and comprehensible explanation of its decision making process
Biography:
Limsoon Wong leads one of the 14 national research institutes in Singapore and plays a significant role in the planning and development of biomedical science in Singapore. His own research lab has done notable pioneering work in data integration technology and in computational immunology.
