Pedro: A Subscription/Notification Server based on Prolog Technology

In this seminar I will describe the Pedro subscription/notification server. It provides a high-level communication interface for agents. Notifications are string representations of Prolog terms and Subscriptions are string representations of clauses. A subscription matches a notification if the notification thought of as a goal succeeds on a call to the "subscription clause".
