Research Commercialisation: Lessons from a Personal Winding Road

In this presentation I will outline the lessons I have learned over more than 10 years in seeking to commercialise three distinct technologies. The paths to commercialisation in each case have been very different as has been the experience along the way. Although a very personal view, hopefully this presentation may give academics an insight into what the challenges are along the road to commercialisation and what options they have to get their product/service to market.
