The Australian Postgraguate Award (APA) provides financial support to domestic postgraduate students of exceptional research promise who undertake their higher degree by research.

Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE) --
ATSE Young Science Ambassador Award $2,400 (2009)

ATSE Young Science Ambassadors, selected on personal qualities and scholarly excellence, engage in a number of science promotion activities such as
visiting and giving lectures to schools, meeting parliamentarians and
addressing Academy Fellows.
