The registration fees include:
one copy of the proceedings (for either the main proceedings or the workshop proceedings; not both. However, you can purchase additional proceedings at a heavily discounted price);
lunch, morning and afternoon teas, for 3 days of conference;
conference banquet (not included for student registration).
Note that full-time student needs to provide a copy of student ID with the registration. Student registration does not include the conference banquet. Conference banquet ticket can be purchased separately.
Subscription to WWW Journal is included in the registration form your convenience. It is completely optional.
Payment for Extra Pages
For WISE2004 and its workshop authors to purchase extra pages over their paper page limit (full pages: 12 pages; short papers: 6 pages), you need to contact Prof Xiaofang Zhou first to get permission, and then use the registration form (modified on 25 Aug 04) to make payment (US$100 for each approved extra page).
Payment Methods
WISE2004 accepts payment in US dollars by Visacard, or Mastercard. Alternatively, payments can be made via international bank draft in US dollars, payable to "WISE Society" and posted to: WISE Society, Dr. Xiaohua JIA c/o Ms Miranda LEE, Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, China.
Refund Policy
No refund for author registrations, as a large percentage of this fee is to cover publication costs. For other registrations, a 80% refund can be made if the refund application is received before 10 October. No refund will be given after that date.
