The conference proceedings is available as LNCS Vol 2642.

APWeb'2003 will be held from 27-29 Sept 2003 in Xi'an.
Note: If you need to pay money to the conference (for any cases explained below), please use the registration forms and follow the instructions there. You can pay for the differences only if you have already paid some amount last time.
Change your hotel booking: the rates and terms for the two hotels remain the same. For those who have already made hotel bookings last time and you do not need to change the number of nights booked this time, you only need to email info@apweb.org to advise us your new arrival and departure dates.
Booking for more nights: you need to pay for the extra nights, by filling a new registration form (and only pay for the the additional amount of money).
Booking for less nights: we will make a full refund to you at the conference. You need email info@apweb.org to advise us your new arrival and departure dates.
Cancellation: we will refund the money you paid for your accommodation fully. Please email info@apweb.org to advise your cancellation.
Make new hotel booking: if you have not done hotel bookings with us last time, simply go to the registration page to make a new booking.
Change your registration:
Change the name of participants is permitted free of charge (please advise us the information about the new attendee via email to info@apweb.org). Fee differences between a full-time student delegate and a full delegate must be paid. Pay for the difference only.
Cancellation: we will make a refund policy after the conference. Because we have a large amount of fixed costs such as publication of the proceedings and supporting keynote and tutorial speakers, we will do our best but may not be able to make a full refund. A copy of the proceedings will be posted to you by airmail (please advise us your mailing address by sending an email to info@apweb.org).
Make new registration: if you have not done your registration last time, simply go to the registration page and follow teh instructions there. Notice that the early registration rates are extended to 27 Sept 2003 now.
