Community Engagement
The Harlie research team and UQ summer students visited local community groups to discuss the benefits and limitations of involving chatting robots in health care. Group members had chats with Harlie on a smartphone and provided feedback to the researchers on their experience. Feedback gained from these groups is used to improve the user-friendliness of the application.
