In partnership with Secure Code Warrior, UQ Cyber Security will be hosting a 2-hour workshop where you will learn about the importance of secure coding and get the opportunity to participate in a tournament challenge.

Secure Code Warrior aims to empower developers to be the first line of defence in their organisation by making security highly visible and by providing developers with the skills and tools needed to write secure code from the beginning.

In the the challenge, participants will engage with the Secure Code Warrior gamified learning platform, and tackle a set of problems around identifying and fixing vulnerabilities in code.  The platform includes training and support resources, so you don't need to be an expert!  Don't forget your laptop.

This workshop is free to any UQ student or staff member and lunch will be provided.  For catering purposes, please reserve your spot through the registration link below and advise of any dietary requirements.

BYO laptop.
